The Domaine has 98 flats (60 to 150 m²) with 1 to 3 bedrooms, bathroom(s), small fully-equipped kitchen, terrace overlooking the surrounding parkland, private basement cellar and garage.

The flats are unfurnished: you bring your own furniture and your own history.
This is not a new life, it’s the continuation of your own!

You become either a tenant or an owner.
A special feature of serviced residences is that the co-owners retain control of the buildings and gardens, with the help of a syndic. They also have a say in the services offered: these are managed by the non-profit association Le Cercle Parmentier, whose board of directors is made up exclusively of owners.
